Below is illustrated our system solutions, schemes that can be modified and supplemented in relation to the specific needs of the client.

GEOMIX


Geomix

System based on a geothermal pump that is reversible for winter heating, summer cooling and domestic hot water: thanks to the probes immersed in the underground, you have available all year round a tank of constant exchange of energy and, most important, free. Comfort is assured during the winter only by radiant floor system.

During the summer (when the free-cooling option provides a substantial saving) the hygrothermal welfare is guaranteed also by the presence of the fan coil with the function of dehumidification, handled directly by the electronic part of the unit.

A thermal flywheel increases the inertia of the system in heating /cooling helping to avoid any compressor surges. The demand of hot water is always satisfy by the automatic changeover of the heat pump (with priority on domestic hot water) that heats the accumulation inside the machine. The grid-connected photovoltaic system is sized to amortize electricity consumption of the heat pump during the year.

Multihome

Centralized system for medium and large-sized condos, it is composed of modules condensing and is for indoor or outdoor installation, matching up to 1000 kW and having maximum field modulation by 1:40. The system is combined to a solar storage tank with double coil designed for the integration of heat to DHW. Combining with solar system with large and highly selective panels, sized to provide at least 51% of the production of annual DHW of the condos. Accounting of the energy of the individual apartments by deposit gauges on both heating and DHW, which allow the independence of the individual apartment and addressing specific consumption.


Conclusion
The cost of the whole system has more than halved, the environmental impact will be very low due to the heat generators. The self management and the consumption as well as being greatly reduced are properly allocated.

Autoenergy

Domestic air conditioning system for small and medium size houses, composed of a ecological R410 gas chiller of last generation (with very high values of COP), discharge to the total air-conditioning (heating and cooling) of the dwelling, resulting in consumption lower compared to a traditional heating system. Production promiscuous DHW provided by the chiller in the winter and by thermal solar system for the rest of the year, satisfying even large requests. The electricity requirement of the system is guaranteed by a photovoltaic system; the electricity produced will be fed into the grid and the same amount will be reduced from that one consumed by canceling entirely consumptions. A significant portion is provided by GSE, the which pays the current produced at a value approximately three times that consumed during a period of 20 years.

Energymix

System consists by a small power generator condensing and having wide modulation, connected to a thermal flywheel tank-in-tank that serves as an energy battery on heating. The water tank immersed in it can satisfy high demands. Solar panels entering heat into the flywheel for 12 months at year and are sized to provide even 30% of the energy required for heating and, indicatively, 80% for the DHW. Inside the tank can be connected different sources of heat, such as a wood boiler which serves as an aid to the system by limiting considerably the consumption of fossil fuel. The flywheel serves as centralizer of energy and helps in the distribution of the same energy through pre-assembled groups for high and low temperature.
